What are your consultation fees?â–¼
Our initial consultation fee is fixed at ₹1500 for a 45-minute session, where we review your documents and provide a preliminary legal roadmap. If you retain us for the case, this amount is adjusted in the final fee.
Do I need to be present for every hearing?â–¼
Not necessarily. For most procedural hearings in Civil and High Court matters, your physical presence is not required if you are represented by counsel. However, for evidence recording in Criminal trials, your presence is mandatory. We will guide you accordingly.
Can you handle urgent bail matters on weekends?â–¼
Yes. For emergency arrests and remand matters, our team is available 24/7. Please call our emergency line immediately. Courts have provisions for urgent listings even on holidays for liberty matters.
Do you handle High Court appeals?â–¼
Absolutely. A significant portion of our practice is at the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court, dealing with Criminal Appeals, Writs, and Second Appeals in civil matters.
